Wondering why she never comes out to help to shorten the line and another lady sits alone at a terminal in one of the offices all the time??? How many more staff are hidden from view?
Spoke to teller's manager about it slow service and she said "We hear this all the time." and "We do what we can".
If your time is valuable to you choose another branch or another bank. Waiting 25 minutes or more to get to the front of a line in a bank these days is not necessary and it is symptomatic of poor management.
People here are pleasant but that's only one part of service and all that the 2 front line people can do.
There's always a line that takes 30 -40 minutes to go through and there's only 2 tellers usually. One person always peeks there head out of the back and never helps out with the growing line. It's awful
Stay away. Maybe they will appreciate not having so many customers.
They do not accept double endorsed checks even if both people signing share the same account. It's ridiculous.
Sat morning at least 13 separate people in line 1, I'm not joking 1 teller and one for the drive up. Wanted to transfer money from BOA credit card to BOA checking. The amount was under the limit brand new card, activated but never used. 30-40 min in line card declined teller didn't know why said call credit card number get approval and come back. I've been on hold for about 15 min.
Went in today with a payroll check for $166.00 and got charged 8 dollars to cash all because i dont have an account that there is how the rich stay rich and the poor stay poor. I will not be returning again ! I should not have to get an account with you get save money when im sure you charge fees for that too all you do is scam people. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
