I was having issues with my nook reader and I thought it might have to do with the charger. So I went in to the store and asked if they could help me figure it out. The gentleman took me right away and when he figured out that it was something that I was doing wrong, he gave me a free adapter so that I would be able to charge my device overseas when I wouldn't have a computer. He was so helpful and generous. Thumbs up for the Barnes & Noble in Leominster!
