My salesman was Brian. He did a great job in identifying my needs and matching my needs to the car. Everything issue we agreed to was handled correctly and on time. He even came in to work on his day off when I picked up the car.
We were looking for a used car and found what we wanted here. When we arrived we were met by Sabrina, a very polite, professional girl who made us feel very comfortable. She went and got the car we were asking about, and went over all of it's features, then we went for a drive. When we got back she covered everything about the price and financing. We bought the car. Again on the day we picked up the car she made sure all was perfect. When all was done she thanked us repeatedly for our business, gave us her card and said call her if we need anything or have any questions or problems.

Bought a car today! Very pleasant and streamlined experience. Drove in at 10 and headed home at 1:30 with car i wanted. Their prices can be very competitive if you keep and eye on them. They discount inventory very regularly. The absolute highlight of my experience was dealing with a young lady named Sabrina. I have encountered thousands of young people as an educator but Sabrina has the personality, drive, attitude and love of her job that makes her very special. It was a special treat to see someone enjoyed her work and was very good at it.
All the other people were friendly and helpful (finance, service personnel and sales people). Thank you all for making this a good experience.
We purchased our vehicle from Sam 4 days ago. We were looking for a reliable 4 door sedan for our boys. Sam was very knowledgeable about the car we came in to test drive. 12/29/17 Update- Have been trying to get a second key and roof rails for over a year. I have reached out too many times to count. I was told, after we purchased our vehicle, they did not have a 2nd key and never said they would provide one. As far as the roof rails - I was told on several occasions - "they are in the mail". I still have not received them. Initial customer service is excellent - follow up - horrible. Make sure you get everything promised to you at the time of delivery.
