The staff here are amazing and more than accommodating. I recently had car trouble and ending up with a rental for a month and these guys were amazing. And one gentlemen from Clinton bent over backwards for me. Best time ever renting a car.
It was my first time needing to rent a car in my life. I wasn't sure how long i needed it, while my vehicle was being fixed. I had the rental during one of our snowstorms and went to Enterprise, only because it was near my house and convenient. However; to my surprise there were better reasons than that to rent a car from Enterprise. They were friendly, knowledgeable and overly helpful. I will never rent from anywhere else.
The personnel was professional and nice. However the very next week I tried to rent the exact same car and the price shifted from $22.00 per day to $55.00 I did obviously not reserve because I could not understand the high change of price. Same car, same service completely different price. Other than that I think the overall service was all right
These people are careful, have a huge reservoir of knowledge and contacts, and we've worked successfully with them for almost 30 years!
When another car rental company cancelled my reservation 2 hours before I needed a vehicle, this company was able to get a car for me within the hour. Staff is efficient and courteous. I have used Enterprise before and highly recommend this company.
