They take care of everything and have the nicest staff I've ever dealt with. Paying a low enough car payment that I can now afford rental insurance as well
One of the worst insurance companies i have ever had, It has been a while since i have had them but last year they extorted 2 down payments from me within 2 weeks, one of them was over 400$ and then they told me i needed to pay another 350$, not until 3 months into my plan did they call me and tell me i paid too much and that it would just come off my policy later. Also i was going to be late on a payment one time so i called and asked if it was okay to pay 2 days late at which point i was told that it was fine and that i had a "grace period" of seven days. When i called to make my payment they proceeded to tell me my plan had been canceled for non-payment and i was forced to pay a re-instatement fee. Almost every single person i have ever talked to at this company has been extremely rude to me, and when i say rude i mean condescending, demeaning, and sometimes outright liars. I HIGHLY suggest you get either a different vendor, or just go straight to safety insurance themselves. But who knows its been a year since i was with them... Maybe they suddenly grew appreciation for they're customers? But i doubt it.
