I dropped my coat off at this place to be cleaned. The next morning I get a call asking if i still want it cleaned even though I have a rip in the leather part of my coat. I said i dont have a rip in this coat. The wife goes yea theres a rip. I knew that was wrong because i just paid $30.00 to have a zipper replaced and that was the only thing wrong with my coat. Anyway i pick up my coat, it was clear when they attempted to clean it somehow the steam burnt part of the leather which looks like its ripped. Well they are not taking any responsibility at all and even kicked me out of thier store. Bad bad business. Oh well small claims here i come. It's the principle of doing what is right.
best service ever! I have been going there for years with no issues...they go above and beyond to do whatever I need, including sewing..not only alterations but drapes too! Very reasonably priced and extremely fast!
