Love taco bell. This one has been here a long time. Has many different employee changes but for the most part this one is better then some ive visited.
Drive thru oriented but has dine in. Taco bell tv is playing.
We had drivin all day over 14hrs from Georgia we were exhausted so stopped at Taco Bell in leominster by the mall, well there was a problem with our order it was all messed up, we were to exhausted to go back and have it fixed so we went back today, the Mgr on duty was KAT she was awesome, she listened to us, showed empathy and offered a solution to our issue, she was fantastic and really nice, it's good yo see some people still care. She deserves a raise, thank you KAT for the outstanding service u provided us.
The girl that took our order at the drive threw was really polite, patient, very friendly and right on point with our order. She even complement on my painted fingernails. Plus the food was very good. Thank you.
The popping strawberry freeze wasn't popping at all it had barely candy in it. When I asked the girl working the counter about it she said look at the bottom and you can see the candy. Well unfortunately there was such few pieces that they either dissolved or there wasn't enough added to be able to taste them. I was very disappointed and feel that I was deceived.
