I had a very positive experience with this moving company. Jake and Andrew did an amazing job and as an added bonus--made great suggestions on placement of my furniture in ways I wouldn't have considered. They worked quickly and were very friendly. I thought the price was reasonable.

I don't even care about the money at this point. The whole point is that OUR STUFF IS GONE and these people will not admit fault. And after they noticed I wrote this review, the emailed us and threatened to charge back our refund... which is illegal...
David, Josh and Nick moved us on 8/29/17. They were the most professional moving crew I've ever worked with, and I have had many moves--both home and office! They worked efficiently and quickly and took great care with our belongings. The teamwork they displayed was impressive. It was a long day because we have a lot of books and workshop paraphernalia in addition to normal household goods and they never flagged! I practically had to force them to take a lunch break. Anna was great setting things up. I had to change my move date and she accommodated the change with ease. I highly recommend RD Van Lines and this crew. Thanks guys!
And then, as I unpacked the house, I started to notice things were missing. A book shelf, large cutting mat, vacuum parts a box of tools ... I wonder what else is gone that I don't realize yet.
When they delivered, they supposedly took their time to fit all our things in one truck. Key words... took their time. They delivered everything and thankfully nothing was broken. When they left, they again charged us WAY OVER our quote. In the end, we actually paid 150% of the total quote.
Buyer BEWARE. We had them move our 3 bedroom house. To start, they didn't come with a big enough truck even after coming out to do a quote and clearly seeing all we had. So they had to go unload our stuff at their warehouse and come back to get the rest. We had to pay for all that extra time. They charged us 150% of our quote already upon pickup.
Just moved my son and his three roommates to a new apt in Boston, MA. Spent time looking for a reputable moving company and I found them because they had great reviews! Their rates are reasonable and more importantly they were reliable and on time!! Very professional moving service and would certainly use again and recommend.
