Will NEVER EVER buy anything saltwater related at this store ever again! Deplorable conditions! Sad, we used to buy fish and product at this store, over the last 10 years we have purchased at a minimim 500$ a year. Cant even look at those poor fish, it is wrong. They should not be selling fish at all.
Prices weren't great, but the customer service was excellent. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable.
They carry my dog food -merrick hero's banquet. Also have to give a HUGE shout out to the young man working at 6 on Friday Nov third. He came out side to help me fit my dog with a basket muzzle (replacing the cone after surgery). He was very patient and friendly, even putting up with a face bath whole he was fitting it. Above and beyond the call of duty my friend.
I took my dog there for a relaxing spa day, instead, they cut his whiskers off. Outraged.
DON"T BRING YOUR PET TO VETCO!!!! On the recommendation of the person we bought our new Teacup Pomeranian puppy from, we brought her here for her first shots. The Petco/Vetco veterinarian (Dr. Fraser) was quite old, and I don't believe he could see very well - This SHOULD have set off my internal alarm! He was ANYTHING BUT gentle with her! He jabbed the needle into her neck so hard (and too deep I think) that she SCREAMED IN PAIN for HOURS!!!! I will NEVER - EVER go to a Petco/Vetco again! AVOID DR. FASER AT ALL COSTS IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!!!!!
