The work team at this location is amazing. I walk in with my dog and they all know him by name and give him treats. The women I've met here go above and beyond for their customers and I can't ever see myself going anywhere else for my pet needs. Such happy friendly faces every time! Never a bad experience!
The store manager Karl was very rude. Their staff made fraudulent decisions on my receipt and when i went to return my product with receipt he denied me to return. Ev2zen though he admitted his employee overriding a key. It was disrespectful and rude and I couldnt believe how he treated us. And to think my pups were going for training there. Then we have to wait three business days to be able to speak to a district manager about our credit card and their fraudulent employees. We walked in peacefully and walked out in horror. Worst experience in my life. I will never ever bring my animals to this store.
I was able to get everything I needed, and the staff treated me with courtesy.
