Good, Fast, Friendly. - They were able to take my car in the day I called them and the problem was diagnosed before I turned the keys over. While getting my contact information, they offered to drive me home ... twice! (I live withing walking distance and felt like stretching my legs, but they did offer me a ride two times.) About 90 minuets after dropping the car off I got the call that it was ready to be picked up, and was given a thorough description of what they found wrong and what they did to fix it. No car repair is ever "cheep", but I thought that the price for this service seemed very reasonable. I left the shop with a good feeling about them, and they'll be getting more of my business the next time the car acts up.
I had a problem with my car. I called up Willard's (suggested by a friend) They gave me what they thought might be the problem over the phone. I made an appointment for the next day. Service was fast and thorough. Although car repairs usually aren't cheap, the problem was just as they had stated over the phone. The price was fair and service was excellent. They showed me the bad part and explained what they did to fix the problem. I have brought my car there again and will continue to use Willard's for all my future car repairs. I'm a happy customer and highly recommend them.

I first went to Willard's several months ago to get tires. I got good tires at a fair price. I had some maintenance done recently and once again Larry gave me a fair price for the work done.
Tends to be a bit more expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. Quality.
