Friendly atmosphere, and able to find associates easily. Electronics was a mess hard to find what I was looking for. No prices on the product has to find a price scanner. The prices that we're on the products were wrong.
One of the better, larger Kohls locations. Well staffed with good customer service, store is usually neat and clean, and always a good sale. Convenient location right off Rt 2 in Leominster.
Very disappointed today's my husband and I were Chec,king out and the shirts he purchased were ringing up with wrong price. The cashier didn't even want to be bothered with verifying the price we said it should be on sale. My husband went to make sure it was the price we saw on display, came back confirmed and told her again it was ringing up wrong. Finally she got someone to check what we told her and she looked put out. The man that worked there said we were right but what awful service.
Very clean and neat. A little pricey. Employees are kind and courteous.
