15 plus years I have been a sprint customer. The past 2 years I recieved a bill for a tablet that I was told was free. Sprint never said it was a separate phone line charging me 18.00 a month for 2 YEARS! NOW a free package bundle with an update galaxy phone, I now am told it is installments of 18.00 a month for another year! They swapped me to paperless billing without my consent and by the time that was straightened out they said 14 days are up! SO SCREWED ME ANOTHER YEAR! SO much for taking care of loyal customers! And James the Leominster manager is the worst excuse I have ever dealt with for customer service! I will NO LONGER refer anyone to sprint ever again. I'm all set with sprint thanks to James in leominster!
The Leominster store provides bad customer service, they change employees faster than I drink water, manager James is no longer there, new manager "AJ" is very arrogant. As soon as I resolve my issue with them, I am gone to another cell company provider.
Absolutely terrible. Not only is the Sprint cell phone service horrendous, we tricked multiple times at this store by the employees. They had a deal going on for HK speakers for $10. Too good to be true right? That's what we thought, so we kept asking, "these are really only $10? Just a one time cost of $10"? Sure enough we were told yes, so we purchased 5 of them and paid onsite $50 for them. On our next bill we were charged another $50 for them. When we asked why were told that they cost $10 a month per speaker for a year...... They clearly failed to mention that part at the store. We also went for the buy one get one iPhone 7 deal, which they tried screwing us on too, and it took many phone calls and subsequent visits to the store to resolve; but I am still doubtful it's fully resolved... Switching to Sprint is one of the worst decisions I have ever made!

Worst customer service i have ever experience im telling you it is the worst experience ever. The person that assist me did not know her job I went there to exchange a tablet that was under the 15 days return policy and she had told me that i couldn't exchange it since i bought it online that i would have to send it back. That information is not true so she finally called her manager and told her that i could do the exchange there. 2nd she did not know how to use the application on her computer to do the exchange so she told me if i can come back anther day or go to anther sprint store. 1st of all you do not know your job you should not be working for sprint and let other people that knows their job assist. took her an hour to get the job done right.
