So maybe instead of adding features to customers accounts without asking...just be honest before everyone compares y'all to verizon, att and Sprint. Don't be grimy...it doesn't pay in the long run. Get it together dont rush out customers after you sell something to us. Honestly...unacceptable behavior from people in TMobile retail.
Rude customer service ..... Sales workers do not know the product they are selling.
