Great place, but the internet does not work for customers. Complained to management and she got snotty and said "it works for the store systems". Considering I am one of those that like to eat and use my laptop (I know I am strange), the place is not that welcoming to me.
Great experience! First time at this location. Server was awesome, very attentive, never had to ask for refills and food was good too.
Good food but menus could use some updating. Chili's is back but their menus seem like the original ones from when they opened.
Food was great but our waitress was not. We went here to celebrate my son's birthday. When she introduced herself and welcomed us, I clearly stated that. She made no attempt to even look at him let alone say happy birthday. That was strike one for me. We ordered nachos for appetizer. After about 15 min waiting, I stopped another waitress that happened to walk by and inquired about our nachos. She stated our waitress was so busy with a table with a large party that she probably forgot and that she would remind her. A minute later our waitress rushed by and finally dropped them off. Thankfully, our order was perfect and the food was delicious. I had to call our waitress over for a soda refill. She got it in such a rush that she dripped soda all over the floor and across the table and still rushed off without even an apology. I understand that it can get hectic, especially if she had another table with a large group but waitresses must know how to be present for each table even under pressure.
Chili's has been getting way better in recent years. They're food is very good, their menu is the perfect size and ever changing, and I've seen a complete turnaround from staff attitudes from 6 years ago to today.
