Since they overhauled the place, and started using cards instead of tokens, it's not only gone downhill, but crashed at the bottom. Here's an example. We would usually get between 1500 and 2500 tickets each time we'd go (around $60 on games, $20. on food).
This last (and I mean LAST) time we went we spent $60.00 and got 224 tickets. 4 pieces of candy and some little princes stickers. Wow (sarcastically). Not only that, 3 machines in a row took credits off the card but didn't work. It's AWFUL!!!
Not much else around except Great Wolf, which is over-priced, but I think a better option now.
It's too bad, too. We use to have a lot of fun there. They're losing about $700 a year from me. If they had gone in the other direction, like adding better games at the same price per play, and making it possible to win bigger prizes, I think they would have grown like crazy, Now, I don't see them lasting.
My kids were so excited and had a great time. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Great 'rainy day' activity... games are newer and they charge a ton less than arcades, so you won't burn through coins the minute you walk in the door. Safe environment for the kids.
I use to take my grand kids here on a Friday night every month. Not any more. It was a rip-off before, as far as what you got in return for tickets, but we at least enjoyed the games. Not anymore.
This is an air hose, one of the employees is using it while there's kids running around to "blow" the dust off the lights and ceiling vents above... The dust is being blown everywhere, there's people eating, my allergies have been triggered... What the hell is wrong with this place?
I am very disappointed. Today is my sons birthday and he has been looking forward all day to come here but we had to wait for his daddy to come home from work. We arrived around 6pm but it was closed. The employees popped at the door inside and I asked why are they closed...they answered because of the snow they are closing. By this time, the snow had already stopped and the roads were already shoveled. I don't understand why close when it's not an urgent storm or emergency. The website still says it's open from 11am-9pm. It's very deceiving and upsetting.
