I have been to TGIF for dinner giving it too many chances .. and always visited with parties of 4 to 8 people .. and more then half of the dinners either were over cooked steaks or undercooked .. the wait for orders is ridiculous and to get the attention of a waitress while they are chatting with each other is difficult .. we have been early.. so the excuse isn't we are busy and that's why the bad service .. our last time was the 23rd of December and it there were very few tables and yet out of our 4 meals 1 had a hair in the chicken and one steak ordered was so over cooked you could throw it and hear it fall like a rock.. it was so over cooked .. 1 other time we had to leave we were there for 4 hrs and out of 6 of us I ordered a salad and yet it had not by the time we had to leave... arrived it should be called TGIF DRINKS AND APPETIZERS ONLY .. because it is easy to place frozen APPETIZERS in a microwave and not get them wrong.. I believe either you need new management and a new crew if this location is to stay a float .. sorry but I have managed I have been a waitress.. and I have brought a very qualified and experienced chef sms he could believe the service and the food your restaurant was given to him .. Am so sorry.. a couple of years ago this wasn't happening.. I hope when this is read things could change.. what once was ny youngest daughter her favorite restaurant is no longer .. GOOD LUCK!!
Extremely slow service. Server couldn't even be quick with drink refills, nice but incompetent.
Waited 5 mins to be seated waitresses walked pass us several times restaurant was freezing the bathrooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. Food was good our waitress was nice at first but when it came for the check took a good 5 mins finally when we get it she took forever to come process our Payment. Friday's is definitely not how it used to be.
Went there for my birthday and got food poisoning from the food, plus the peppermint shake tasted like dirty dishwasher soap. The food also took forever to arrive. On a more positive note, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the Mango Peach Lemonade was really good.
Our waitress was the best! Gina help us have a great time! We will definitely eat here again. The ribs were good as well.
Salad was so wet it grossed me out.
